Nautilus International 11th UK Branch Conference
Registrations are now open for the Union's 11th UK Branch Conference, which is taking place both face-to-face and online on Wednesday 19 November 2025 from 09.00-17.00hrs.
The day-long meeting will address the theme of the influence of employment rights for maritime professionals. The Conference is open to all full members of Nautilus based in the UK. Once Branch Conference business is concluded in the morning, a symposium with a number of guest speakers will take place in the afternoon. Keep an eye out for upcoming information on the subjects and discussions planned for the symposium.
Closer to the time, members registered to attend UK Branch Conference 2025 will also hear more about when they can submit a motion and will also be able to log in to My Nautilus and find a dedicated UK Branch Conference section containing all supporting documents for the upcoming conference, including a schedule, programme of speakers, and conference guide.
Attending a Union conference
For many Nautilus members, taking part in one of the Union's conferences is their first step into activism.
Accountability is the main driver behind Nautilus International's conferences – but these events have so much more to offer than asking members to approve the Union's financial statements and reports.
