Provide full secretarial and administrative assistance to the General Secretary and all listed above Assist with the preparation of meetings including, General Meetings, Branch & UK Conferences, Council, Establishments Committee Provide co-ordination and administration of Human Resources events e.g. training sessions Direct and control the secretarial support and resources across Nautilus UK including recruitment, development and coordination of activities across the departments. This includes the provision of resources and attendance at meetings as required. Manage the relationship with local building management to ensure the provision, administration and implementation of office services as required within any tenancy agreements in London. A smooth level of service ensures the best quality service to and on behalf of members Administration of the Car Fleet Prepare reports on all departmental matters Provide administrative support for ad-hoc projects as required Perform any other duties as may from time to time be reasonably required Typical Skills/Experience
Good general education with GCSE or similar in English and Maths 5 years’ experience of working in an administrative role Good organisation skills Excellent interpersonal skills Experience of using Microsoft Office
