Nautilus members employed by Tidewater Crewing (Guernsey) Ltd have settled on a 6% pay increase.
National organiser Steve Doran advised member that a 'clear majority of those who participated in the consultation concerning a 6% pay increase (backdated to 1 April 2023), plus additional 1-year incremental payment, have voted to accept.
'The company have been informed of the above outcome, and I would like to thank those members who participated and provided opinion.'
The next review is due 1 April 2024, three months earlier than in previous years.
