Nautilus International has received a Silver Investors in People (IIP) accreditation as an employer, improving on its previous Bronze award in 2017.
Investors in People is an international standard that assesses an employer's staff satisfaction, management quality, and the ability of the organisation to offer good opportunities and create a positive working environment.
Nautilus has held IIP accreditation since 1998, when it became the first trade union to receive the award.
Nautilus general secretary Mark Dickinson said: 'This is a huge credit to all staff who have worked hard to maintain this important recognition, especially during the pandemic, and a testament to the way in which we go about our work in supporting our members, our beneficiaries, and our amazing staff.'
