Nautilus International general secretary Mark Dickinson has secured re-election to TUC general council, the organisation's governing body, for a thirteenth consecutive year.
At the 2021 TUC Congress, once again held online in the wake of the pandemic, Mr Dickinson was re-elected to one of the seven seats reserved for smaller specialist unions with fewer than 30,000 members.
TUC policy is set by the Congress each year, but between these events responsibility lies with the general council.
Mr Dickinson will also continue to serve on the general council's executive committee to ensure that maritime matters remain high on the agenda.
