Seafarers will be given the choice between using the new digital process and the old manual process, but most will be glad to say goodbye to the slower system involving sending documents in the post.
The process of logging sea time in Nautilus SSR is as simple as applying for a Notice of Eligibility. The process is also sped up by user notifications which let the individual know when sea time hasn’t passed approval, allowing users to quickly amend a record and resubmit.
